Substitution

By placing an order, you authorize Istanbul-flowershop.com to make substitutions in accordance with strict quality guidelines. We will always attempt to fulfill your order as closely as possible; however, if certain flowers, containers, or items are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with products of equal or higher value.

If it is determined that an inappropriate or unauthorized substitution has occurred, we will replace the arrangement at no additional cost.

Please note that we reserve the right to substitute rose colors if the selected color is unavailable. By placing an order for roses, you authorize us to change the rose color when necessary without prior notification. We always ensure that the overall style and appearance of the arrangement remain as close as possible to the original design.


Delivery

Materials on this website are intended for delivery only within the cities in Istanbul listed at checkout. We do not represent that any item on this website is available for delivery outside these locations. Orders requesting delivery to areas not listed at checkout or outside Istanbul, Turkey will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected delivery location is within our supported service areas.

Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, high order volume, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the order may be left at the doorstep or with a concierge/reception where applicable, and this will be considered as completed delivery.


Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, the order will be charged in full.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that cancellations are not accepted for:
(i) perishable goods once the order has been dispatched; or
(ii) customized/personalized products once preparation has begun.


Refund Policy (Non-Satisfaction / Quality Issues)

If the recipient is not satisfied due to issues such as unfresh flowers or poor quality, the customer must notify us via email at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery, including clear proof (photos).

Upon verification, we will offer either:

  • 100% refund, or
  • Replacement of the product

We will respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or pickup if necessary and deliver the correct item promptly.

All prices displayed on this website are in Turkish Lira (TRY).
